Spend about six hours with the Vavavi family near Nadi, preparing at least four Fijian foods, setting up a lovo, visiting a local market, scraping coconut, weaving, tasting kava, and sharing lunch. Sam, Rocky, Joy, and John help turn cooking into a friendly cultural lesson for up to 12 people.
